DA Litigated File Handler

Run a caseload of litigated RTA suspected fraud cases under Delegated Authority, from litigation through to resolution. Partner with a Team Leader and Lead Lawyer to apply forensic evidence review, set and adhere to case strategy, and manage deadlines and case workflow. Deliver strong client outcomes, achieve KPIs and billing accuracy, maintain case management systems end-to-end, and ensure compliance with SRA standards while staying commercially aware under fixed-fee work.
