Job Summary

Support day-to-day delivery of a bespoke customer service program within a specific Majid Al Futtaim mall, ensuring smooth operations of the Customer Service Information Desk. Provide directions and mall information, answer customer queries by phone or in person, resolve complaints in line with established policies and service-level agreements, and execute the Gift Card program with compliant payment handling. Work under supervisor and team leader guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mall services, amenities, store locations, mall layout, and promotional activities for smooth desk operations.
•Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Information Desk following established processes and under supervisor guidance.
•Assist customers at the information desk by providing directions, event/activity information, answering queries by phone or in person, and handling assigned mall duties.
•Handle and resolve customer complaints in accordance with Customer Service policies and procedures within agreed service level agreements.
•Execute the Gift Card program in assigned operating assets and ensure all payment handling follows prescribed policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•2+ years’ work experience in a Customer Service field in a reputed shopping centre or luxury hotel industry in GCC or abroad.
