Join Capco’s Business Consulting practice to help financial services organisations turn AI ambition into practical business transformation. You’ll identify AI-enabled opportunities, translate business challenges into use cases, and support delivery across banking, capital markets, wealth & asset management, and insurance. Collaborate with product, data, risk and compliance teams to test, validate, and scale AI-enabled solutions while managing change and governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify AI-enabled opportunities for clients to improve operational efficiency and innovation, and drive delivery of AI-enabled transformations
•Partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into practical AI use cases, supporting workshops, requirements gathering, delivery coordination and implementation activities
•Contribute to AI transformation initiatives across Banking & Payments, Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management or Insurance, embedding AI into workflows and operating models
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, engineers, data specialists, risk and compliance) to test, validate and rollout AI-enabled solutions
•Deliver stakeholder engagement, training, communications and change adoption activities to scale AI capabilities safely and effectively
