Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
  • •Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
  • •Install, configure, and manage Kubernetes-based solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • •Own production system reliability using real-time monitoring, observability, and incident response to meet SLA commitments.
  • •Provide operational support via 24/7 onsite shifts and act as a technical bridge between development, validation, and customers, including CAB reviews and documentation/acceptance plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • •4+ years in systems administration, solutions delivery, or integration engineering, including support/operations of highly critical production systems.
  • •Understanding of ITSM processes (incident, Change, Problem, SLA).
  • •Advanced experience with public cloud (preferably GCP), Kubernetes, and container orchestration, plus GitLab CI/CD and Vaults.
  • •Autonomous scripting in Bash, Python, or Perl, with experience in Terraform and Helm (and advanced Linux experience).
