Drive audit readiness, compliance, and accounting technology roadmap including ERP migrations and automation across finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the integrity of the company’s books across US and international entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
•Design, implement, and enforce internal controls, accounting policies, and the chart of accounts to support scale and auditability.
•Lead and mentor the accounting team; set close standards, review work, and develop talent as the function grows.
•Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close; produce consolidated financial statements and oversee inter-company reconciliation and multi-entity consolidation.
•Manage external audit relationships and lead audit readiness across jurisdictions while ensuring GAAP and IFRS compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA license required.
•10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership and ownership of a full close.
•Deep technical foundation in US GAAP and experience operating a system of internal controls.
•Hands-on experience with multi-entity accounting, inter-company transactions, and consolidated financial reporting.
•Direct ownership or sponsorship of an ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar).
