Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the integrity of the company’s books across US and international entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • •Design, implement, and enforce internal controls, accounting policies, and the chart of accounts to support scale and auditability.
  • •Lead and mentor the accounting team; set close standards, review work, and develop talent as the function grows.
  • •Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close; produce consolidated financial statements and oversee inter-company reconciliation and multi-entity consolidation.
  • •Manage external audit relationships and lead audit readiness across jurisdictions while ensuring GAAP and IFRS compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA license required.
  • •10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership and ownership of a full close.
  • •Deep technical foundation in US GAAP and experience operating a system of internal controls.
  • •Hands-on experience with multi-entity accounting, inter-company transactions, and consolidated financial reporting.
  • •Direct ownership or sponsorship of an ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar).
