Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience building backend systems with strong reliability and performance skills.
  • •Ability to design and implement APIs and data modeling to productionize MVPs and edge cases.
  • •Experience developing with JavaScript/TypeScript and React/React Native to deliver trustworthy, polished UX for reviewers.
  • •Comfort working in AI-first development: evals, regression tests, confidence/provenance, and guardrails to prevent incorrect outputs.
  • •Experience integrating and operating complex document-processing pipelines at scale, including W-2/1099/K-1/1098/1095-A workflows.
