Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer overtime coverage for Central Load Planning and Dispatch teams, including day-in-advance and day-of overtime.
  • •Use Ascent Workforce management software to create schedules daily.
  • •Interface with Dispatch and Central Load Planning on scheduling fronts, including shift bid creation (Schedule, Vacation, and Open Relief).
  • •Update Workbrain for Central Load Planning exceptions and review/award Central Load Planning vacation change requests.
  • •Monitor and report team member attendance in accordance with attendance policy for Central Load Planning and Dispatch.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 2 years of related experience.
  • •3 years of experience in workforce planning and scheduling.

  • •Must be able to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access.
