Key Responsibilities

  • •Color-match, mix paint, and airbrush vehicles.
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana high-tech Inspection Centers as part of the reconditioning process.
  • •Complete painting work to prepare vehicles so they are ready for customers.
  • •Follow safety requirements and use protective equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, gloves, mask, non-slip shoes).
  • •Be available for mandatory overtime when needed based on business requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
  • •Ability to color-match, mix paint, and airbrush vehicles to produce consistent results.
