Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts, fostering a strong analytics foundation and a clear link to commercial impact.
•Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing key commercial decisions through insights and recommendations.
•Lead strategic and operational RGM initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and stakeholder alignment to analysis, recommendation development, and implementation.
•Proactively identify and surface commercial insights that matter, translating analysis into clear recommendations and leadership-ready communication.
•Shape and evolve Pandora’s RGM capabilities, delivering data-driven recommendations for both strategic and tactical decisions.

Key Requirements

•6–8 years of experience within RGM, pricing, strategy, finance, or management consulting.
•Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring team members, with a strong interest in people development.
•Strong analytical toolkit, including advanced Excel modelling and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
•Experience working with large datasets and ideally ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx or similar).
•Proven ability to lead projects and drive outcomes in complex environments.
