Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the end-to-end discovery lifecycle: identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data for litigation or regulatory investigations.
  • •Coordinate forensic collections with clients and Bright Labs’ forensics team and document pre-processing workflows.
  • •Develop data reduction strategies and preprocessing plans (deNIST, file filters, date culling, term filtering) and advise clients on technology choices to meet project objectives.
  • •Lead production-related activities, including drafting collateral and guiding production timelines and formats for courts and opposing counsel.
  • •Manage engagement finances, budgets, revenue forecasting, invoicing, and provide periodic status updates to senior leadership and clients.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in MIS, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Law, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or similar degree.
  • •4 years of prior experience as a consultant overseeing computer forensics and electronic discovery
  • •Advanced decision making and problem-solving skills
  • •Team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
