Senior Officer MEP - Properties Management

Oversee the safe, efficient operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities. Direct FM contractor personnel, manage service requests and work orders in CMMS to meet SLA targets, and perform regular walkthroughs and facility handover/takeover reporting. Serve as a key point of contact for tenants and local authorities, maintain statutory compliance for utility systems and certifications, and conduct quality and HSE-aligned audits while approving completed works and meter readings.
