•Strategic Support: Collaborate with the VP Performance Marketing to implement the vision and strategic role of paid media across One Informa and translate objectives into actionable paid media strategies.
•Campaign Execution & Optimization: Deep-dive into campaigns as needed, monitor performance, optimize for ROI/ROAS, and ensure alignment with KPIs and benchmarks.
•Agency Management: Serve as the main liaison with media agencies, manage onboarding and ongoing performance reviews across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels.
•Internal Team Enablement: Mentor in-market teams on campaign architecture and optimization, and support capability development and training initiatives.
•Measurement & Reporting: Establish unified KPIs and attribution models, work with Group Data Analytics to ensure accurate reporting, and conduct regular audits for improvements.
