Retail Associate_JPO

Drive individual and store sales targets while delivering high guest service aligned with Mystery Shopper and GUESTS guidelines. Maintain brand image and help customers with product knowledge, recommendations, and customer registration goals. Ensure retail standards through store opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory integrity including stock counts and discrepancy resolution. Update customer databases and support stock control documentation and ad hoc reporting as needed.
