Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate workers and oversee electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and outlet maintenance to ensure continuity of operations safely.
  • •Manage breakdowns, review equipment deficiencies, and implement corrective actions to meet internal customer requirements.
  • •Plan and execute preventive maintenance for outlet equipment to ensure zero downtime of operation.
  • •Adhere to safety and quality standards, SOPs, and manufacturer recommendations, including conducting regular safety inspections.
  • •Maintain inventories of tools, supplies, and parts; keep shop and storage areas clean and organized; identify training needs for team members.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance.
  • •Understanding of maintenance procedures and best practices across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance.
  • •Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions to resolve maintenance problems promptly.
  • •Capacity to lead and supervise maintenance teams, delegate tasks, and ensure safe, accurate, on-time work.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills.
