Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of Parametric Solutions to Commercial Risk clients across Asia, collaborating to design and market parametric solutions.
  • •Work with account executives and brokers during renewals to identify challenges that warrant consideration of parametric solutions as a complement to traditional insurance.
  • •Partner with insurers and Aon colleagues to innovate products and develop purposeful parametric solutions.
  • •Develop strategies to incubate and bring the solutions to clients and drive adoption of risk analytics and related tools.
  • •Lead Accelerating Aon United processes through contribution to large RFP project responses.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of broking, account management, insurance experience or other transferrable experience.
  • •Interest and experience in parametric solutions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field.
  • •Proven thought leadership and analytical skills with ability to provide insight and recommendations via creative solutions to complex problems.
  • •Entrepreneurial approach and willingness to challenge status quo ideas.
