Key Responsibilities

•Develop test environment and test benches for Samsung memory verification.
•Perform bus protocol checking, transaction level checking, and constraint random verification in digital environments.
•Apply Universal Verification Methodology (SystemVerilog/UVM) and define the verification plan and metrics; execute tests on RTL.
•Closely cooperate with designers and team members; debug and improve verification environments.
•Create new verification components and improve existing verification infrastructure.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in design verification for memory or related semiconductor technologies, with a strong track record in verification environments.
•Proficiency with Universal Verification Methodology (SystemVerilog/UVM) and test bench development; ability to define verification plans and metrics.
•Good knowledge of SystemVerilog and Verilog; experience executing tests on RTL and strong debugging skills; able to work independently and with tight deadlines.
•Experience with Unix scripting languages such as Shell, TCL, Perl or Python; ability to automate verification workflows.
•Educational background: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E in an engineering discipline.
