  • •Minimum of 7 years’ experience in supplier development or quality engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • •Strong knowledge of supplier quality management systems, supplier audits, and corrective action processes.
  • •Expertise in root cause analysis, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • •Proficiency with quality tools such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing, plus relevant data analysis and reporting software.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (STEM) and strong leadership to influence cross-functional teams.
