Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure global prioritization of heavy maintenance structure repair queries and dossiers for all Programs within Airbus Customer Services processes.
  • •Work actively with heavy maintenance teams worldwide to define priorities based on Return To Service planning and customer expectations.
  • •Identify key MSNs where departure/RTS is imminent and follow up using available tools, including drumbeat priority with in-service engineering and Airworthiness teams.
  • •Synchronize worldwide priorities and upgrade/downgrade priority levels for hot heavy maintenance dossiers while tracking MSN dossier status.
  • •Lead heavy maintenance team resolution actions for escalations and serve as the focal point for in-service engineering workflow managers; support customer escalations communications when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science/Engineering (BSc/BEng) degree or equivalent relevant airline or MRO experience in heavy maintenance.
  • •6+ years of engineering/technical experience in an Airline/OEM/MRO environment, including understanding of aircraft structure (design, fatigue, materials) and structural repairs or mechanical systems.
  • •Understand and support heavy maintenance structure repair queries and dossiers across aircraft programs, including non-AOG prioritization.
  • •Be authorized to work in the US and able to work in the US without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
  • •Travel: 10% domestic and possible international travel.
