Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and analyze domain and topic datasets from structured and unstructured sources, ensuring data quality before model development.
  • •Develop and fine-tune LLMs to interpret regulatory and technical texts and extract structured rules for automated compliance checking.
  • •Build RAG pipelines to retrieve relevant technical documentation and historical project data with high accuracy and low hallucination risk.
  • •Create forecasting, classification, and risk-scoring models by integrating internal ERP data with external signals; design extraction/transform pipelines for features.
  • •Integrate AI models into cohesive compliance/risk engines via APIs, optimize performance, and validate outputs against test cases to reduce false positives/negatives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning with a proven track record deploying models into production environments.
  • •Expert proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy) with strong supervised and unsupervised learning foundations.
  • •Deep experience with transformer-based NLP/LLMs (GPT, BERT, Llama) including prompt engineering (few-shot) and fine-tuning.
  • •Proficiency with complex data structures (JSON, XML) and database querying (SQL/NoSQL) or graph data structures, including data extraction pipelines.
  • •Ability to expose models via RESTful APIs (Flask/FastAPI) and integrate them into larger software architectures; strong statistical understanding including bias mitigation.
