Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and validate category strategy for managed categories with Global/Regional Category Managers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiations (including RFQs) using supplier and industry analysis, benchmarking, and cost management.
  • •Drive category savings/revenue targets and scorecard metrics using should-cost models and market intelligence.
  • •Lead or participate in contract strategy work for supplier contract extensions, renewals, renegotiations, and enforcing contracted terms.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance cost-effectiveness, supply chain efficiency, and resilience through trusted supplier partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •0-5 years of experience in a procurement role.
  • •A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Proven experience in category management and strategic sourcing.
  • •Strong negotiating and analytical skills, with strong communication and relationship management.
  • •Advanced skills in analyzing material cost structure and understanding products purchased.
