Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line troubleshooting for modern PCs, Windows systems, GPUs, drivers, peripherals, and common lab setup issues.
  • •Support remote developers by performing lab configuration changes such as swapping hardware, updating BIOS settings, re-imaging systems, and validating connectivity.
  • •Set up, organize, and maintain debug labs, including physical layout planning, labeling, and cleanliness/safety standards.
  • •Create and maintain an inventory system for lab assets, tracking ownership, location, status, RMA, and lifecycle stage, and running periodic audits.
  • •Coordinate with IT to ensure lab systems meet security/compliance requirements, including correct imaging, patching, enrollment (where required), and remote access solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide hands-on experience working with computer hardware or technical lab environments.
  • •Assemble PC systems and support open-bench hardware platforms, including OS imaging, networking basics, BIOS flashing, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • •Maintain large system farms and use remote access solutions to keep developer resources available.
  • •Manage hardware inventories and asset tracking, including tracking ownership, location, status, RMA, and lifecycle stage.
  • •Have basic Linux administration experience (bash, ssh, command line tools).
