Job Summary

Deliver exceptional consumer service as a Sales Associate, using the C.H.A.R.M. service model to educate customers and support in-store promotions and events. You’ll help the store team achieve sales goals, follow Asset Protection and inventory control procedures, and drive personal KPI performance through sales-focused techniques. Support daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown, loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
•Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
•Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPI performance using sales-driven techniques.
•Support daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
•Learn and assist across store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.

Key Requirements

•Be 18 years or older.
•Have Senior Secondary School Year 12 / High School Certificate (preferred).
•Have at least 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
•Be fluent in English; other language proficiency is an advantage.
•Be flexible for a rotational shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
