Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive materials and transact receipts in the ERP/WMS system, including handling hold/exception packages as required.
  • •Verify received materials against paperwork by checking for damage, correct part numbers, quantities, and specifications.
  • •Create/print routing labels and required identifiers; file and maintain accurate records of incoming documentation.
  • •Interface with carriers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, delays, or issues related to receipt and distribution.
  • •Perform cycle counts and review stagnant inventory reports; coordinate returns and reverse logistics, and operate forklifts/powered industrial equipment safely.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •3+ years of experience in a supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and perform frequent physical tasks required in a warehouse/data center setting.
  • •Must be available for one of the 12.5-hour rotating shifts (6:00 AM–6:30 PM or 6:00 PM–6:30 AM) and open to nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
  • •Comfort working in warehouse/data center environments with varying temperatures, noise, and dust.
