Job Summary

Build and own end-to-end features for an AIGC workflow editor and related services that help internal creators, effect designers, and AI/ML teams compose, monitor, and debug complex AI workflows. You’ll develop rich graph-based UI and backend services in Go, integrate LLM/diffusion/vision models into reusable workflow nodes, and ship tooling for reliability, observability, replay, and safety controls to accelerate effect project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end development of key workflow-editor features and related services, from discovery and design through implementation, rollout, and maintenance.
•Design and build full-stack editor experiences with graph-based UI (React/TypeScript) and backend services (Go) for workflow execution, scheduling, and state management.
•Collaborate with AI/ML platform teams to integrate models/pipelines into reusable workflow nodes with versioning, contracts, and observability.
•Build internal debugging and operations tooling for workflows, including run history, logs/metrics, replay, tracing, and guardrail/safety controls in the editor.
•Improve editor and backend reliability and performance through instrumentation, alerting, on-call participation, post-mortems, and refined interaction patterns for complex graph editing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience with 3+ years building production software end-to-end.
•At least 2 years working on AI/ML-powered or data-intensive products, platforms, or tools.
•Strong fundamentals in data structures & algorithms, system design, testing, and code quality.
•Backend experience designing/operating APIs/services and building reliable distributed systems using Go or another typed language, with relational/NoSQL databases.
•Hands-on experience building complex interactive front ends (TypeScript/JavaScript, React or similar) and integrating them with backend APIs.
