Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily production issues at the test floor and wafer probe, including low yield analysis and setup failure debug/resolution across hardware and software.
  • •Provide detailed analytical studies on issues and coordinate with product engineering teams to improve test program, hardware, and setup.
  • •Drive productivity improvement projects such as yield improvement, test time reduction, test insertion/removal, and legacy tester conversion.
  • •Support new product release from the development site by performing buyoff for new test systems (program/hardware) per manufacturing requirements.
  • •Lead and support introduction of new tools/equipment/test processes into manufacturing, including qualification and change management approval.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Physics, or related fields.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience.
  • •Knowledge of wafer fabrication and device physics, plus circuit analysis and data analysis.
  • •Strong communication, analytical/problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.
