Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience owning a multi-venture thesis in a hyper-growth environment, including disciplined scale/kill decisions.
  • •Expertise in building high-velocity delivery engines that translate strategy into weekly execution plans using Lean Startup and Design Thinking.
  • •Deep understanding of growth analytics systems (LTV/CAC, retention, incrementality) with privacy and compliance readiness.
  • •Experience negotiating complex commercial terms and representing the company with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • •Success in launching or scaling a major product in Rewarded User Acquisition or the fintech landscape (bonus).
