Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end development of a sustainable points ecosystem, defining core rules (points tasks, tiered levels, reward redemption, etc.) and mechanisms for points acquisition, consumption, recycling, validity period and inflation control.
  • •Establish a full set of core metrics (redemption rate, inflation rate, cost expenditure, etc.) and design anti-cheating/anti-abuse strategies to guarantee long-term stability of the points system.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, business BUs, regional teams, Risk, PR, Customer Service and other stakeholders to develop display and communication guidelines and integrate the points system with business activities.
  • •Ensure stable value anchoring and controllable operational costs while driving adoption across markets.
  • •Coordinate with compliance, risk control, product development and other core departments to drive project progress smoothly.
