Key Responsibilities

  • •Technical & Administrative Management: Manage technical and administrative processes including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up.
  • •Budgeting: Build and maintain production budgets throughout feasibility, sign-off and operational stages; monitor local spends and identify optimization opportunities; invoice management and close of P&Ls.
  • •Partner Management: Lead due diligence on key partners and suppliers; develop long-term deals to facilitate geographical expansion.
  • •Quality & Delivery: Assess proposed technical rider and propose changes to meet budget targets; ensure high-quality experiences and on-time delivery.
  • •Production Research & Innovation: Research and periodically implement new production formats, technologies, and solutions to enhance Fever’s experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in the event production industry.
  • •Fluent English and preferably one of 5 Nordic Languages (Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian).
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way.
  • •Have a strong network of vendors and venues.
  • •Understanding of technical production requirements and familiarity with permitting processes.
