Regulatory Compliance Specialist (II or III) (Damage Prevention)

Represent the company in dealings with federal and state agencies by interpreting damage prevention and public awareness regulations and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance. Support excavation-related incident investigations, excavation plan reviews, line strike/near-miss follow-up, and One-Call Program activities. Assist with regulatory inspections, baseline mailings, training and AI agent maintenance, and required industry/state reporting while monitoring legal and regulatory changes and program performance metrics.
