Job Summary

Drive new growth for the AdTech business in the semiconductor industry by converting opportunities from concept to commercialization. Own prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement, and value proposition development, while prioritizing and activating targets to expand the AdTech portfolio. Coordinate with marketing and R&D teams, manage resources for commercialization workstreams, ensure EHS/quality/compliance alignment, and collaborate with Korea and APAC on global accounts.

Key Responsibilities

•Own new business development by converting growth targets from concept to commercialization and expanding the AdTech portfolio.
•Build and manage an opportunity pipeline (prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement), define value propositions, and drive activation of each opportunity.
•Identify, prioritize, and convert new growth based on asset utilization and growth objectives, including cross-sell/up-sell and new customer acquisition.
•Coordinate commercialization resource workstreams by identifying internal/external resources and technologies; work closely with AdTech Marketing and R&D teams.
•Ensure all work aligns with Huntsman EHS, quality, and corporate compliance requirements while coordinating with Korea & APAC on global accounts.

Key Requirements

•Experience converting opportunities from concept to commercialization in the semiconductor industry.
•University degree in a business or technical discipline; MBA is a plus.
•At least 10 years combined experience in production or R&D, product development, and sales or marketing.
•At least 3 years of experience in Semiconductor, OSAT packaging, display or related industrial activity.
•Global work experience across a matrix organization and excellent written/verbal communication for high-level stakeholder presentations.
