Job Summary

Own and grow the digital customer acquisition strategy for Raya Distribution, building and executing a data-driven roadmap across all online acquisition touchpoints. Scale and optimize the media portfolio using iterative testing, drive digital sales and service adoption, and support onboarding for new products and self-service flows on eCommerce and App/Web portals. Improve online journeys to increase conversions and enhance platform performance through test and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and lead the development of Raya Distribution mobile application’s digital acquisition, including building the roadmap, defining tactics, overseeing execution, and managing budget and reporting.
•Build and execute a data-driven roadmap to scale and optimize the media portfolio through iterative testing across acquisition touchpoints.
•Own the digital customer acquisition strategy and a growing customer base, defining and implementing acquisition and growth strategy across distribution digital channels.
•Explore opportunities on marketplaces and other acquisition channels to drive growth.
•Own onboarding of new products and self-service flows on eCommerce and App/Web portals, supporting digital marketing campaigns and improving online journeys to increase conversions and platform performance.

Key Requirements

•Outstanding analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
•Operations and ecommerce experience.
•Hands-on growth and digital acquisition experience at a high-growth, direct-to-consumer brand.
•7-10 years of proven track record as a digital channel owner with extensive experience in B2B project management.
•Solution-oriented, highly-motivated, proactive self-starter.
