Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complex CADD assignments and coordinate CADD drawing production in support of the CADD manager.
  • •Complete advanced scale and edit assignments using computer-aided design and drafting equipment and graphics software to meet deadlines.
  • •Digitize or trace sketches and concepts from designers using CADD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
  • •Apply general understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve results and deadlines.
  • •Support BMS design and support services across office fit-out, mixed-use, industrial, and public-sector/commercial sectors.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum HNC level related engineering qualification or a degree in building services engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
  • •Good BMS systems knowledge (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Niagara) gained through industry experience with a BIM/control systems manufacturer, contractor, or specialist systems integrator.
  • •Experience delivering BIM/CAD work and supporting CADD drawing production against deadlines.
  • •Ability to digitize/trace sketches or concepts using CADD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
  • •Chartership or working towards.
