Job Summary

Manage production operations for semiconductor/manufacturing output in Singapore by establishing and monitoring production metrics and budgets, controlling schedules and timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery. Optimize resource utilization and plant capacity, lead and develop direct reports to meet production and supply-chain goals, and drive Lean, safety, and quality improvements. Partner with senior management and identify technologies to improve cycle time, efficiency, and profitability.

•Establish and monitor production using metrics and budgets, initiate corrective actions, and control project schedules and timelines.
•Plan and evaluate optimal resource utilization and operational efficiency to minimize costs and ensure on-time product delivery; establish plant capacity.
•Direct, guide, monitor, and evaluate personnel to meet production and supply chain goals aligned with 5S and safety procedures; solve complex operational problems.
•Lead continuous improvement efforts to refine production methods and processes for quality, cost-effective output.
•Identify and pursue new technologies to improve production and cycle time; align operations development with business needs and promote cooperation with senior management.

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
•7-10 years of experience applying in-depth concepts and principles within operations/own job family.

•Ability to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
•Capability to guide service/operational performance toward quality, volume, and timeliness objectives.
