Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the detailed design and supervise others in the function for the discipline
  • •Direct the production of detailed and performance specifications for the discipline
  • •Assess project feasibility and lead overall feasibility studies for the project
  • •Review design programmes and ensure adequate resources to complete works
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary ME P teams to deliver design and technical advice

Key Requirements

  • •BEng/BSc/MEng in applicable engineering discipline
  • •CIBSE / IET / Engineering Council accredited honours degree or chartership potential
  • •Working towards IEng or CEng status
  • •RevitMEP training applied to the discipline
  • •UK project experience within Building Services MEP
