Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for overall project management to meet quality, cost, statutory, safety, environment, and scheduling requirements.
  • •Support establishment of project success criteria across time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
  • •Maintain project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Manage implementation of the master programme and schedules for manpower, materials, and plant.
  • •Lead and facilitate the cross-functional project team, manage change control, and interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in construction, project management or a similar function.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience on large international construction projects in Asia.
  • •Experience managing contractors in pre and post contract stages and the tendering process (preferred).
  • •Ability to lead large multi-disciplined construction teams with strong leadership and problem solving.
  • •Fluent in spoken and written English.
