Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare surfaces for spraying, including sanding and proper feather edging of previously painted surfaces.
  • •Check Bills of Material for correct color and specified mil thickness.
  • •Adjust and periodically check pump pressures, heater temperatures, and air/fluid pressures to maintain spraying conditions.
  • •Maintain spray booth cleanliness, including scheduled filter changes and keeping designated areas clean.
  • •Use a crane to move units into the spray booth and stage repainted units for inspection, and cross-train in other team areas.
