Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cost forecasts; monitor expenditure against approved budgets.
  • •Support procurement and tendering for CSA or MEP trade packages, including tender documentation, cost breakdowns, and commercial assessments.
  • •Administer contracts by managing variations, change orders, contractor claims, and progress claims/payment certification processes.
  • •Maintain accurate cost records and deliver monthly cost reports, financial forecasts, and cash flow updates.
  • •Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and client representatives; provide commercial guidance and manage cost-related risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •5–10 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management.
  • •Strong experience in either CSA works (structural, architectural, façade, building envelope) or MEP works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, building services).
  • •Experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, pharmaceutical, technology, or mission-critical projects (highly preferred).
  • •Consultancy, contractor, or client-side experience will be considered.
