Job Summary

Own end-to-end production supply planning for semiconductor products, from wafer fab through final finishing pack-out. Analyze supply-demand matching to identify root causes of shortages and drive closure. Manage OSAT throughput and efficiency, maintain planning parameters, and collaborate with engineering to improve supply execution. Simulate NPI and sustaining scenarios using capacity, yield/UPH/IR indicators, BOM, and process flow, while tracking supply capability, WIP movement, cycle time, and aged materials to recover from excursions.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze supply-demand matching, identify root causes/shortages, and close the gap.
•Manage end-to-end product/project ownership and meet production supply targets from wafer fab to final pack-out.
•Manage OSAT operations to drive throughput and efficiency.
•Manage planning parameters and collaborate with ENG/IE to improve the supply plan and execution.
•Run supply planning simulations for NPI/sustaining production using capacity planning, planning indices (e.g., yield/IR/UPH), BOM and process flow; track WIP movement/cycle time and mitigate supply risks.

Key Requirements

•3-6 years of semiconductor manufacturing production planning & control under a supply chain organization.
•Experience with outsourcing/OSAT management/design house operations.
•Bachelor degree or above in business/material management or industry engineering/production control.
•Able to communicate clearly and fluently in English and Chinese (verbal and written).
