Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and recommend tradeshows, conferences, and industry events aligned with ICP and revenue goals; maintain a rolling 12-month event calendar.
  • •Negotiate and contract with event organizers, vendors, and venues, including sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add-ons.
  • •Plan and execute events end to end, managing logistics like booth design/shipping, swag, collateral, lead capture, AV, catering, hotel blocks, and travel coordination.
  • •Attend every event in person as the on-site point of contact, handling setup/teardown and real-time troubleshooting.
  • •Drive pipeline by partnering with sales for pre-show meetings and on-site customer events, and run pre/post campaigns (email, landing pages, paid promotion, social) while reporting KPIs and results.

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination (ideally B2B or tech).
  • •Experience organizing events end to end and being able to point to specific events you ran and outcomes you drove.
  • •Experience managing an events budget, including forecasting, tracking spend, and making ROI-focused trade-offs.
  • •Comfort defining KPIs and building reports that connect event activity to pipeline and revenue.
  • •Must use AI to work smarter; provide examples of AI projects/tools/workflows used for event marketing tasks (e.g., research, vendor outreach, reporting, lead enrichment).
