Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute development or consulting projects using Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Teams) and Power Platform, delivering end-to-end solutions.
  • •Drive DX initiatives by expanding Power Platform, Copilot, and related technologies in client environments.
  • •Support citizen development through CoE setup, governance planning, and training workshops for non-technical users.
  • •Engage in upstream and downstream project activities including requirements gathering, design, and delivery to achieve client goals.
  • •Contribute to proposal activities and client interactions, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have experience in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams) development or consulting projects
  • •Power Platform development experience (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • •Copilot Studio (Chatbot) development, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Logic Apps
  • •Japanese language at business level (JLPT N1) for non-native speakers
  • •Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) document creation and communication
