Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full end-to-end collections cycle for assigned assets, including invoicing, follow-ups, and payment reconciliation.
  • •Implement standardized processes and escalation protocols for overdue accounts.
  • •Maintain regular communication with tenants to resolve billing issues, disputes, and arrears.
  • •Negotiate structured payment plans while protecting Majid Al Futtaim’s financial interests.
  • •Produce weekly and monthly dashboards highlighting collection KPIs, delinquency trends, and portfolio exposure.
