Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to cross-functional Europe strategy (e.g., marketing, advisor program, ICP, forecast, pipeline generation, QBR, target and headcount setting).
  • •Build and maintain systems for opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows.
  • •Design automations for next-best actions, follow-up discipline, and improved deal velocity.
  • •Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting.
  • •Manage GTM tool integrations and ensure data quality across CRM with reporting and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems in a high-growth company.
  • •Hands-on ownership of sales pipeline systems, compensation plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes.
  • •Strong technical fluency with CRM/GTM tooling and solid SQL skills (or desire to learn).
  • •Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, high-autonomy environment with very high agency.
