Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a welcoming and inclusive workplace experience for employees, guests, vendors, and visitors.
  • •Oversee daily office operations including supplies, equipment, facilities requests, and local health/safety compliance.
  • •Manage external vendor relationships and partner with IT, Security, and Facilities to maintain a safe, reliable office environment.
  • •Coordinate logistics and hospitality for in-office meetings, offsites, celebrations, employee resource group activities, and volunteer events.
  • •Support the People team with regional onboarding and local People administration, acting as a point of contact for employee lifecycle matters and local labor requirements; provide English–Portuguese translation/interpretation when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, People Operations, HR coordination, or a related role.
  • •Professional fluency in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages.
  • •Experience managing multiple priorities across office operations, employee support, vendors, and events.
  • •Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive employee information.
  • •Ability to work from the office at least four days per week, with occasional flexibility for events outside standard working hours.
