Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering lab operations and ensure lab health, organization, and operational readiness.
  • •Manage hardware and procurement needs: coordinate requirements, quotations, vendor repair/replacement, and maintain lab equipment.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking: track allocation/utilization, conduct audits, and manage hardware lifecycle from acquisition to retirement.
  • •Configure and maintain engineering and test machines, including imaging/reimaging, OS installation/recovery, and installing drivers and engineering applications.
  • •Support developers and validation teams with machine setup, upgrades, connectivity/cabling changes, documentation, and process improvements (SOPs and asset records).

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma (NTTF) or B.E./B.Tech, or BCA/B.Sc. in Electronics/Computer Engineering/Instrumentation or related fields.
  • •Experience supporting engineering labs, hardware assets, IT infrastructure, or technical operations environments.
  • •Knowledge of hardware inventory management and asset lifecycle processes.
  • •Ability to perform Windows installation, imaging/reimaging, and recovery activities, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
  • •Familiarity with networking fundamentals and strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
