Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with teams to understand how they support customers with everyday banking and long-term financial planning.
  • •Build understanding of the product suite (accounts, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, savings, investments, insurance, and wealth management).
  • •Gain exposure to digital tools used to track conversations, manage relationships, and uncover opportunities.
  • •Understand how laws and regulations impact international clients and how to ensure requirements are met.
  • •Participate in structured training plus hands-on learning, mentoring, and skills coaching throughout the internship.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available to work full time for 10 weeks commencing June 2027.
  • •Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent).
  • •Be fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.
  • •Be legally permitted to work in Hong Kong for the full duration of the programme and beyond without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
  • •Submit only one application per recruitment cycle.
