Job Summary

Develop and sell Belkin products through online channels in India, driving assigned revenue and profitability goals. Own marketplace visibility and traffic growth across Amazon and Flipkart using Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and advertising tools. Build and maintain partner and client relationships, manage key accounts, and optimize advertising campaigns around impressions, CTR, conversion, and ROAS. Monitor competitor activity, category trends, and search performance to translate insights into actionable growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and sell Belkin products on online platforms in India (especially Amazon/Flipkart) through direct and strategic partnerships to meet revenue and profitability goals.
•Maximize sales opportunities and strengthen brand positioning by analyzing traffic, UV, conversion rate, and competitor activity.
•Drive marketplace visibility and traffic growth across Amazon, Flipkart, and other online channels using AMS and platform advertising tools.
•Develop, execute, and continuously optimize advertising campaigns focused on impressions, CTR, conversion, and ROAS, including keyword optimization and content enhancements.
•Monitor campaign performance and competitor/category/search trends, translate insights into growth plans, and manage end-to-end selling to deliver with high customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of experience selling consumer electronics products through online channels in India, especially Amazon/Flipkart.
•Ability to develop and manage key accounts effectively and independently.
•Proven track record of delivering or exceeding assigned sales and business objectives.
•Strong understanding of India’s business environment and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
•University degree in Business Administration (or equivalent); fluency in spoken and written English is a plus.
