Key Responsibilities

  • •Support product engineering workstreams with detailed milestone planning, agile processes, and tracking sprints and deliverables.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, platform, and studio teams to align priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and risks.
  • •Drive GenAI adoption by identifying AI opportunities, defining customizations and learning materials, and producing training/communications.
  • •Use engagement data, KPIs, and lightweight experiments (A/B tests and cohort comparisons) to analyze trends and recommend actions.
  • •Translate ambiguous technical goals into structured project plans and alignment artifacts, and manage external vendors and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in program management and/or product management focused on technology portfolios.
  • •5+ years of experience in the games industry, including product strategy/roadmaps and development workstreams.
  • •Experience managing technical vendor engagements, including scope, staffing plans, deliverables, and performance against SOW terms.
  • •Deep understanding of games business operations and data needs, including decision-making and gate review processes.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with AI technologies such as Claude, ChatGPT, and M365 Copilot, including ability to develop custom skills and adoption materials.
