Own the technical onboarding and implementation of direct mail solutions, partnering closely with Account Management to drive time-to-value, successful deployment, adoption, retention, and growth. Serve as the customer’s technical counterpart by translating requirements into implementation plans, leading complex integration projects to go-live, and working with internal stakeholders to define success metrics—all while operating in a fully remote role with ~20–25% travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Management teams to onboard and implement customer solutions for direct mail programs.
•Consult with customers to document and validate technical requirements, translating them into successful implementation plans.
•Shadow and learn from Solutions Engineering best practices, including implementation kick-offs and technical advisory sessions.
•Lead technical implementations with minimal oversight and manage complex customer projects through go-live.
•Define success metrics with leadership and manage relationship coordination across technical expansions and deployments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of tech/SaaS experience in an implementation, onboarding, solutions architect, or post-sale solutions engineer role.
•Technical proficiency with APIs and third-party integrations.
•Working knowledge of software platforms including CRM, CDP, or marketing automation tools.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills for external audiences.
•Flexibility to support a 100% remote role with expected travel of approximately 20–25%.
