Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in designated production areas including puff pastry, toast/loaf, and the layer cake area.
  • •Rotate through all 3 areas on a scheduled basis to support production needs.
  • •Assist with dough creation, processing, and packaging to ensure product quality.
  • •Cover utility/mixer positions as needed for toast/loaf, puff pastry, layer cake, and related production coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •Maintain a safe and clean work area.
  • •Flexibility to cover utility/mixer positions and lift 50 pounds or less when required.
