Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze material requirements using production schedules, customer orders, and demand forecasts to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing supply.
  • •Manage purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to expedite, postpone, or adjust deliveries based on changing business needs.
  • •Monitor supplier performance and order fulfillment to support timely deliveries and resolve issues effectively.
  • •Maintain and manage material master data and purchasing parameters in ERP systems to ensure data accuracy and planning effectiveness.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and supporting process optimization to improve purchasing and inventory management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain, including cooperation with international suppliers.
  • •Good working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Intermediate or higher English (written and spoken) and strong communication and negotiation skills.
